Dredging of F Pontoon - the dredging barge and associated equipment is due to return to Cobb's Quay this week to complete the dredging works ahead of the installation of the new walkways, fingers and bridgehead. All vessels coming to and from the fuel berth and or slipway are advised to observe and obey any instructions from the dredge masters vessel and exercise caution at all times. |

Disruption of electricity supplies - over the course of the past 10 days we have twice lost electricity supplies to the site. The problems have been caused by the electricity supplier and on one occasion the loss of supply went as far as Upton. On both occasions the supply was lost for approximately 20 minutes. In the event that you have not visited your boat for the past couple of weeks it may be prudent to check that any electrical appliances on board your vessels, including any time clocks etc have been adjusted and are working correctly. |
