7. Coast Guard CG66 and SSR- online registration and renewal.
It's always sensible to inform the CoastGuard when you are making an extended passage - just in case something happens and you need assistance. CG66 registrations need to be renewed every two years.
You can now register your boat details with the Coast Guard online and even send a picture of your boat to assist them to find you.
